And finally, they are either bottled or "racked" into kegs. At this point, our bottle conditioned ales are given a dosage of yeast so they will undergo natural carbonation in the bottle. The small amount of brewer's yeast at the bottom of each bottle is testament to this most natural and traditional method of carbonation. Now that you have had a quick view of the Sierra Nevada Brewery, you can see how much care and expense we put into brewing our beers. We may be old-fashioned, but we believe that the quality of our ales and lagers is well worth the effort.
